About nobg
We built nobg because removing a background shouldn't mean uploading your photos to a stranger's server, or paying a monthly fee for something you do twice a year.
- What it is
- A free background remover that runs in your browser, plus a paid API and bulk tool for when you need more.
- Who builds it
- A small independent team at BuiltByIndies.
- How it’s paid for
- Developers and teams buy credits for the API and bulk removal, at $0.01 per image. That keeps the browser tool free, with no ads and no watermark.
- Your photos
- The free tool never uploads them. The API processes images in memory and doesn’t store them.
